Hair: I have pretty short hair about 2 inches below my shoulders, I'm a close-to-blonde brunette, choppy layers on the front (which i regret ever getting because they just curl up right after i iron them, and i love having Straight hair :3) side bands, and that's about it :D
Eyes: Well, i have medium eyelashes, Dark brown eyes, very dark eyebrows (plucked) a pretty big eyes, and i absolutely LOVE SMUDGING :)
Lips: I have average lips, nothing special about them :/
Skin: I'm very white, i have no freckles, soft skin, i dont wear concealer, very little acne on my forehead that i easily cover with my side-bangs (hoo-rah for bangs) and cheeky cheeks :3
Body: I'm about 5 feet, skinny, no muscles..though why would you need to know about my body 0_0 pedophiles, this ones for you

1 (EYES).i have brown eyes too. i used to think wow boring eyes -.- but now im pretty happy cuz everyone tells me i have the brightest prettiest brown eyes =] and i only have my makeup to blame. i never have a consistent look but it always works!!! so i can tell u my time in and time out products you will learn to love too! (ill cover eyes later)
2.(lips). if you are as white as you say you are pale pinks and rose tones are best. my fave as of now is 'NIVEA - a kiss of shimmer' i love this thing. it has a little color a little shimmer a good smell, its not heavy, its cheap, and its good for you. i also put my lip gloss on top of it sometime to make it look more polished and to last longer. if you want a heavier lip product i love amazemint by covergirl and beauty rush by vitoria secret. all of which are pretty cheap!!!!woop
3.(BLUSH) blush isnt a big deal for young teens cuz we still have a rosy complection...my best advice if u want some is to make a fist. the pinkish area around your knuckles is the color of the blush you should buy. p.s. i like creme blush better (it lasts longer throughout the day) but thats just me.
4.(OVERALL FACE) im like you, my complextion is pretty clear but it important that it stays clear so i use Bior or Clean%26amp;Clear =]
5.(MASCARRA?) i love black but im prob tanner than you so either one coat of black mascarra or 2 of a dark brown for you. my fave right now is LASH Stiletto by maybelline in 'very black' and professional remarkable by covergirl in 'black brown' (that one is waterproof)
6. (recommended things to try)
bring out your brown eyes (somewhat dramatic) - your fave lipgloss, light shimmer brown eyeshadow with a darker brown in the crease then blend. a dark brown or black eyeliner on top and bottom very thin line, 2 coats of black mascarra
all natural (cutesy and natura) - a soft pink tinted lip, charcoal colored eyeliner on top and bottom (stop midway on bottom), dark brown mascarra or clear.
all that drama (my date look) - lipstain from covergirl, dark blue creme eyeliner with angle brush, black pencil for bottom (note: instead of blue a plum color would look better with your palltete), some blush =]
80's flashback. (fun)- make it your own!!! i love to use a bright eyeliner (copper or teal usually) then smudge on the top then put a thin line of black on top and on bottom then apply black mascarra and wear a sparkly lip gloss (note: dont make this look emo OMG dont over do it, it will look trashy)
formal (ooo la la)- for dances or really special outings i use earthy tones for eyes, a dark sparkly green eyeliner (urban decay) and exact eyelights mascarra from covergirl SO cute and sexy without being sexy lol xD ANYWAY

I would just curl your lashes, apply a coat of clear mascara, some light eyeliner, a bit of rosy blush, and some nude lip gloss, nothing much because you're still young
Find a look that works for you and stick with it.
Give different looks a chance and when you find one keep it.
After reading this, I totally recommend a moisturizer with SPF, a little concealer over the few pimples you have, mascara, black pencil eyeliner on waterline.
If you want a brighter look, then use white eyeliner instead of black eyeliner. Also, if you want more attention to your eyes, then I suggest priming your eyes and putting on an eyeshadow.
Lips are optional. For you, I would only wear lip gloss. I think that lipstick looks a little old.

Use some mascara (blue or black) not much though
smudge some blue eyeliner and silver or blue eyeshadow to give your eyes a smokey look (blue and silver looks best with dark brown eyes in my opinion)

for your lips just use a clear coat of lip gloss

We're the same age! And sound similar, too. :D Anyway, just wear some concealer (Neutrogena Blemish Healing Concealer) on the few pimples you have, maybe a little loose powder (Sally Hansen Translucent Face Powder (from the natural collection) if you have redness. Some eyeshadow (Maybelline Eyeshadow Pallet with 6 shades, choose one with browns, golds, and maybe a purple or two) might look slutty if you wear it with eyeliner (Almay Eyeliner in brown or black for school, and purple for special events- it's best for dark brown eyes) so just wear one. Apply a little blush for a nice glow (Rimmel in Peach suits everyone). Use two coats of waterproof mascara, and finish off with your favorite lip gloss.
