For your birthday you don't really need to spend much to have a great time. Try to have it in a skating rink or golf course. You could also have it in an arcade if you and your friends like to play games. Just be sure you have enough snacks and drinks for everyone. Maybe y'all don't have these in ur area but try looking for indoor pools if you really wanna do a pool party(: or just have a little houseparty or something with some friends in the living room or basement(if you have one:]) or just watch movies with ur closest buddies(:
I recently heard of a birthday party and the parents let the girl remodel her room. That seemed pretty cool. Im not sure if you are a boy or girl but either way that could be fun to do.
ask them to bring weird clothes and make up a dance, play hide and seek and walk down the street!! Funny, memorable times
