Girl advice for teen guy? please!?
Well, as a teen, 17, after really liking this 15 year old girl in theatre with overprotective parents (who coincidentally are mormon) i think i have your solution right here in my pocket.
You see, what you have to do is nothing. Because little do you know even though her parents may say they ';like you'; really all they think of you is that you are a generic guy just trying to get into her pants, which we all know is not the case ;)
Anywho. The thing is go ahead and sneak past them. It'll take a while for the parental units to catch on and stop this. Even then, in my situation that was not the end.

I would just ask flat out if she wants to go out sometime. I am not kidding either, I was in the same boat when I was in high school and worked like a charm. It was a little wrose infact..her parents hated my guts and wanted me to take a crap in a bag and light it on fire and put it in front of there door so they have an excuse to kick me out permently..thats what they told me..Now we are together and her parents still hate me! :)
Ask her parents whether they would think its acceptable or not for you to ask her out on a date. Then if they say yes it would mean a lot more to the girl and her parents would think that you are a really caring guy. (more so than you are already as I don't know you)
