Weight advice for the teens.?

okkay well i went to see my friend tht i havnt seen for a couple months.


she told me i gotten fatter.


im considering losing a couple pounds b4 i go back to school.


what type of things can i do.


im 13 AND I DO GYMNASTICS ONCE A WEEK.Weight advice for the teens.?
GET ON A HEALTHY EATING PLAN RESEARCH EXERCISES AND HEALTHY RECIPES.


SET YOUR GOAL AND THE NUMBER OF LBS YOU WANNA LOSE IT WILL TELL YOU HOW MANY CALORIES U NEED TO LOSE A CERTAIN AMOUNT EACH WEEK. COUNTS YOUR CALORIC INTAKE AND CALORIES BURNED IN EXERCISE.

start with watching what you eat. If you drink soda cut down on soda, or if your up for the sacrafice, stop completely. Instead of eating fatty snaks try unsalted nuts like almonds or some friuts that are low on sugar. The fact that you do gymnastics is excellent.... that keeps you in shape. But if gymnastics isnt doing it then try going for jogs or basic exersize. And by the way, your friend could be wrong. You shouldnt listen to put downs like that and change for others but if you really think you need to lose wieght then try what i said. It should deffinetly work
You sure that's true? ask another friend too, don't jump in and start eating a 1000 calories all of a sudden. Take small steps, cut out junk food first, start jogging or join another sport, dance when watching tv ..etc. then start eating healthier, eating more protein. Little by little.
i can hardly beleive that you are fat you are probably just worried dont listen if you do gymnastics it is very rare to even see a chubby person but if you want to lose weight then just exercise more and eat 2 times a day ONLY!!!!!!

Just cause she said you have gotten fatter doesn't mean you're fat. Don't worry about what she says. You're growing.
weight advice for teens = dont listen to other people's opinions of you. accept your body for what it is and be proud.
