Running advice for a teen, good songs?

1) How to get better cardio, and to have better endurane when you don't have much time to practise

2) Fast-paced songs to jog toRunning advice for a teen, good songs?
1) if u dont have alot of time to practice then or go out on runs; then hop on a treadmill for however much time you have in your hands. [you cant really have good endurance if you dont practice; its kind of like trying to lose weight without changing your eating and exercising habits] so sorry if i didnt help you out on that one

fast paced songs have nothing to do with your running or even the type of song. it all depends on what type of music motivates you anf gets you ';in the zone'; i can listen to club music all day, but honestly i run better without music.
